Fun on the Trampoline, Ice Pictures and an Early Valentine's Day Gift

The same day I posted about snow, Alexis, Caleb, Seth and Josiah went outside with Daddy and tried to get as much fun out of the little snow on the ground. They went all over our property and before coming in, they jumped on the snow-covered trampoline.

The trampoline was so slippery with the ice covering it, so they were constantly falling!

Yesterday (1-28) morning we woke up to lots more ice than the day before. Our yellow asparagus plants were white, getting yellower towards the middle. So, I went out and took pictures of the ice.

Mommy received an early Valentine's Day present, from Daddy, in the mail Tuesday. Daddy said she could open it up early because he wanted to bless her because she was recovering from a cold that day.

I tried to get this picture to turn right-side-up, but it was stubborn, so just tilt your head to the left and the picture will look okay! :)

A new pan!!!


Mommy got a new pan, 2 really nice pot holders, a dough cutter, corn screwers, corn cutter thingy and a salt, pepper and flaxseed grinder.

Daddy is always looking up products to improve our home, kitchen, etc. and he found these on a few late night searches on the internet. Everything was half off!

Daddy, Hannah, Alexis, Caleb, Seth, Eden and Josiah went skating this morning. I stayed home with Mommy and Lydia and worked on my skirt and did other jobs.

Mommy is recovering quickly from her cold. Thank you for your prayers.

During breakfast this morning, it started snowing and sleeting! It covered the ground, but not all the way.
